Please read these terms carefully before using Alphagent. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Alphagent's AI agent platform, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Alphagent Inc. ("Alphagent," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using Alphagent, you agree to be bound by these Terms
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
- If using on behalf of an organization, you represent authority to bind that entity
- We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time with notice
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms
Use of Services
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use our AI agents
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- API keys are confidential and should not be shared or exposed publicly
- You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice
Prohibited Activities
- Using the service to generate harmful, illegal, or malicious content
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
- Circumventing rate limits, usage quotas, or security measures
- Reselling or redistributing access to our services without authorization
- Using automated systems to abuse or overload our infrastructure
- Impersonating others or misrepresenting your affiliation
Billing & Payments
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days advance notice
- You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account
- Refunds are provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis
Service Availability
- We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features
- API rate limits and quotas may apply based on your plan
- We are not liable for losses due to service interruptions
Intellectual Property
- Alphagent retains all rights to our platform, AI models, and technology
- You retain ownership of content you create using our services
- You grant us a license to process your inputs to provide the service
- Our trademarks and branding may not be used without permission
- Feedback you provide may be used to improve our services
Disclaimers & Limitations
- Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- AI outputs should be reviewed and validated before use
- We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content
- Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months
- Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations
Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA
- Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration
- Class action lawsuits and jury trials are waived
- If any provision is unenforceable, others remain in effect
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between parties
